You need a t-shirt and pants and they have to be exercise clothes. So you get the feeling then you wear it then you will  need blue and black paint. Then you have to paint the whole thing blue then add black spots everywhere on it. Then you will need Cardboard or Cardboard.   First cut the paper/cardboard to fit your face, draw eyes with a pencil then cut them out then paint them blue  and add spots
